Greek cucumber salad is healthy. It's also delicious and very easy to prepare. Here's the recipe:
2 cups plain yoghurt
1/2 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried mint
Peel the cucumber and chop into small pieces.
Mix the yoghurt, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Add the cucumber and stir.
Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
