Yogurt Cake

Yogurt cake is delicious and easy to make. This French cake doesn't take long to prepare. Here is the recipe:

3/4 cup yogurt
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Butter a cake pan.
Put the yogurt in a bowl.
Add the sugar, vanilla sugar and the eggs.
Mix well.
Add the flour, baking powder, salt and oil and mix.
Put in the pan and bake for approximately 35 minutes.
